REFUNDS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Items purchased at www.sellmysoul.co are eligible for return only under specific conditions.

Due to the nature of fragrance products (personal-use and hygiene-sensitive items), we do not accept returns of opened or used products.


Return Eligibility

Returns may be requested within 24 hours of delivery confirmation only if:

  • You received the wrong item
  • The product has a verified manufacturing defect (e.g., a non-functioning sprayer).

Sell My Soul is not liable for damages caused by third-party carriers. However, in the event of significant transit damage, customers must notify us within 24 hours with full documentation so that we may evaluate the claim and, where applicable, assist in filing a carrier claim.

With subject: Order Issue Report – #[Order Number]

Include:

  • Full name
  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the parcel and product
  • A full unboxing video showing the unopened package and the issue

Claims submitted without proper documentation may not be approved.


Return Conditions

If your return is approved:

  • The product must remain unused and in its original packaging.
  • Any complimentary gift (excluding samples) must also be returned to qualify for a refund.
  • Return instructions will be provided via email.

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.


Refund Policy

If the above conditions are met, you will receive:

  • A replacement product (subject to availability), or
  • Store credit, or
  • A refund to the original payment method.

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.


Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective or incorrectly shipped.

We do not offer exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Personal scent preference
  • Performance expectations

Fragrance performance may vary depending on individual skin chemistry.
